At Diablos Designs, we undertook the exciting task of crafting a brand identity for The Swan Telford, a dynamic establishment encompassing both a hotel and a restaurant. The challenge was to create a cohesive yet distinct brand for each facet, along with a strong main brand that would serve as the unifying element.

Logo Concept:

The heart of the branding lies in the logo, where the elegant form of a swan seamlessly integrates with the letter ‘S’. This dual symbolism encapsulates the grace of the swan and signifies The Swan Telford as a central and essential entity. The use of clear and bold fonts ensures legibility, especially for outdoor signage, while allowing the logo to make a powerful visual statement.

Three Versions for Versatility:

Understanding the varied nature of the establishment, we crafted three distinct versions of the logo. The main brand logo serves as the overarching symbol of The Swan Telford, while the hotel and restaurant versions incorporate additional text to specify each aspect. This thoughtful segmentation allows for flexibility in marketing and communication, catering to the unique offerings of the hotel and restaurant.

Striking Colour Palette:

A bold orange hue takes centre stage in the branding, adding vibrancy and energy to the visual identity. This colour is strategically applied to the swan’s beak, creating a focal point that draws attention and reinforces the brand’s memorable association with The Swan. The same orange is mirrored in the text below, providing consistency and coherence across all versions.

Versatile Application:

The versatility of the branding is evident in its application, from prominent signage on the main building to a strong presence on social media platforms. The logo’s design ensures adaptability across a range of mediums, maintaining its impact and recognition whether displayed on physical structures or digital screens.
